What happens when you buy
Checkout and delivery are handled by Whop, a third-party platform. When you buy, Whop collects and processes your payment and account details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your full payment information. What we receive is the fact that an order exists and the account it belongs to, which is what lets us grant access and provide support.
Discord
Support runs in a Discord server. Anything you post there is handled under Discord’s own terms and privacy policy. We keep support conversations only as long as they are useful for supporting you.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites. Third parties involved in checkout (Whop) and community (Discord) set their own cookies on their own domains when you visit them.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your data.
- Send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.
- Collect anything from your console or your copy of NBA 2K27. The script runs on your Cronus Zen and does not phone home.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. For purchase records, that request may need to go to Whop, since they are the controller for payment data. Ask us and we will point you at the right place.
