These terms cover buying and using Splash 2K27 from NBA 2K27 Zen Script. Buying the product means you accept them.
What you are buying
A personal, non-transferable licence to use Splash 2K27 — a script file that runs on Cronus Zen hardware — for your own use. You are not buying the Cronus Zen device, which is a separate product from a separate company. You are not buying source code, and you may not resell, redistribute, publish, or repackage the script.
Price and delivery
The price is $49.99 as a one-time payment. Checkout and delivery run through Whop, and access is granted automatically when payment clears. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Updates
Re-tunes released during the NBA 2K27 cycle are included at no additional cost, and go to everyone who has bought. “The cycle” means the period in which NBA 2K27 continues to receive meaningful gameplay patches; when we stop maintaining it we will say so plainly rather than going silent. A script for a future game is a separate product.
Risk — read this part
Using a controller script is against the terms of service of NBA 2K27 and of the platforms it runs on. A Cronus Zen operates at the controller-input layer and the console sees a standard licensed controller, but nobody — including us — can promise you that using it carries no risk to your account. You use this product at your own risk, and we are not liable for any action taken against your account, your device, or your access to any game or platform.
No performance guarantee
We tune this script carefully and we maintain it, but we do not guarantee any specific in-game result, shooting percentage, or competitive outcome. Display latency, network conditions, hardware, firmware, and your own play all affect what you get.
Refunds
If you are on a platform we list as supported and we cannot get the script working for you after genuinely working through support, ask for a refund and we will issue one. We do not refund a functioning script because you changed your mind about using scripts, and we do not refund on unsupported platforms we never claimed to support.
Acceptable use
Do not share your download, do not attempt to resell or redistribute the script, and do not use our name to sell anything. Doing any of these ends your licence without a refund.
